Here at Technical Procurement we are just finishing the Tapasya at Marina refurbishment.

The new Hull restaurant is set to open in October, with the restaurant already taking booking from October 20th.

This restaurant refurbishment is the second one we have undertaken for the Tapasya Group and we have to say is one of the best restaurants that we have refurbished. With a huge scale, modern and contemporary styles and unique features we can’t wait for you to see this Hull restaurant refurbishment!

Northampton University Refurbishment

We have just been awarded the refurbishment of the cafe/eatery area located at the Northampton University.

We have devised some designs and showcased them to the client who are happy with the look of them.

We have decided to integrate bright colours to give the place life and seem inviting yet still young as the target demographic of the eatery area is predominantly 18 – 24 year old students. We also have chosen to use a lot of plants and greenery to counteract the bright colours and make the eatery have a tranquil feel.

What do you think to this refurbishment project?

A while back, Technical Procurement were contracted the refurbishment of the Birmingham Museum eatery area.

We spoke with the client and outline their expectations, requirements and ideas and went on with the design process. With red being the predominant colour, we decided to integrate pops of colour to add life and brightness into the place.

Flashback: Rosie’s American Diner Refurbishment

Today we are taking a look back at the past to when we refurbished the amazing Rosie’s Diner in Leeds.

This was one of the biggest refurbishments we had ever undertaken at the time. It may have been tricky at times but the end result of the restaurant refurbishment project was definitely worth it.

This refurbishment project was amazing to do because we transformed a dull unit into a spectacular and traditional american diner which still had unique points about it, such as the full yellow american school bus and the monster truck outside the restaurant.

Kojawan Chinese Restaurant Refurbishment

Recently we refurbished the new London Chinese restaurant – Kojawan. The restaurant, situated on the 23rd floor of the Hilton Metropole in London has a modern and futuristic style to it.

The restaurant boasts a modern grey colour scheme with pops of colour running throughout the large restaurant. The client wanted a modern looking restaurant that would attract new customers, and that is exactly what we did.

Once the refurbishment was completed and the restaurant re-opened to the public, it was received greatly by both the public and the competitive hospitality circuit in London.

Birmingham Residential Refurbishment

Way back in 2011 Technical procurement were awarded a very prestigious refurbishment development and extension of a residential property in the Harborne area of Birmingham.

We commenced the design process and planning application for a residential refurbishment in Heanor, Derbyshire. The refurbishment consisted of both  single and two bedroom flats for sale and rent.

In the Sumer of 2012, after refurbishing the successful completion of phase one Technical Procurement were then contracted the second development of this project which featured hairdressing salon, conference facilities, florists and bakery with a new conservatory.

Also, in addition to this refurbishment we were also contracted to provide all the fixtures and fittings for this luxurious development.

Managing Director of the Carlton Manor, Tony Pinkstone stated that this was a further example of the confidence that our clients have in our overall approach.

This was a brilliant refurbishment project we completed for the Carlton Manor hotel! One of our favourites.

Office Refurbishment in London

In 2015, Technical Procurement were awarded another office refurbishment for Lycatel’s Corporate HQ located in London’s Canary Wharf.

The client told Technical Procurement that they wanted their offices bringing back to life and looking lively so that their staff are excited about working there. And that is exactly what we did.

One main thing we did to inject life into the place was add colour. Colour really brightened the place up. The reception of Lycatel’s Corporate HQ saw the new addition of a front desk that was equipped with mood lighting which helped to give the reception a modern feel. The client and us agreed that a simplistic seating/waiting area was the way forward so we chose 2 chairs and a 2 seater sofa with a glass coffee table in the centre – ultra modern.

In the main offices the colour and modern style was brought through which helped with flow and continuity. We chose ergonomic chairs which aid correct posture and back support. The desks were kept to a minimum and separated each one with frosted panels – again to give the main offices a modern and contemporary feel.
