In the Sumer of 2012, after refurbishing the successful completion of phase one TechnicalProcurement were then contracted the second development of this project which featured hairdressing salon, conference facilities, florists and bakery with a new conservatory.
Also, in addition to this refurbishment we were also contracted to provide all the fixtures and fittings for this luxurious development.
Managing Director of the Carlton Manor, Tony Pinkstone stated that this was a further example of the confidence that our clients have in our overall approach.
This was a brilliant refurbishment project we completed for the Carlton Manor hotel! One of our favourites.
In 2015 we were contracted the refurbishment of the Bella Cosa Italian restaurant which is located in London’s infamous Canary Wharf.
This refurbishment project was a fun development to be contracted for. We love to refurbish restaurants especially in London. The restaurant had great natural lighting due to the large windows that gave a great look of London. We also enjoyed injecting a lot of different complementary accent colours into the refurbishment project.
The Italian restaurant features an open pizza oven which shows the traditional Italian style of the restaurant, contemporary styled dining areas with dark marble as well the views of London.
“With a strong Italian character in a contemporary setting, Bella Cosa is the perfect lively and versatile restaurant for your culinary escape.”
Previously, we undertook the development project for the Angelo Indian Bar and Restaurant. This refurbishment was amazing because we integrated a lot of colour and life in to the restaurant and bar as well as modern styles.
We refurbished the bar area as well as the seating/dining areas which features a bespoke wall that displays all the bottles of wine.
This is one of our favourite projects we’ve completed so we though’t we’d flashback to the past to show you all again!

In September 2011, we were awarded a prestigious refurbishment of the DEDAR Milano showroom in Chelsea Harbour Design Centre, London.
DEDAR Milano’s collections of fabrics, wallpapers and trimmings are characterised by seductive colour palettes and unusual patterns brimming with personality. By combining natural yarns with highly technical ones, Dedar offers audaciously elegant fabrics.
The refurbishment development project was complete to budget and programme. At the end of the project the showroom was pleasant to they eye and we knew then it was going to be a hit with customers – and we were right!
We are undertaking the design & feasibility for the refurbishment of Otford Manor in Kent.
The house is currently being operated by Oak Hall Expeditions who delivery holidays across the world. Otford Manor has a very interesting history as it was the house of the late Mr Lyle of Tate & Lyle Sugar refiners.
The proposals include a representation of the reception, upgrade of accommodation and the development of new conference facilities.
