We have just been awarded the refurbishment of the cafe/eatery area located at the Northampton University.
We have devised some designs and showcased them to the client who are happy with the look of them.
We have decided to integrate bright colours to give the place life and seem inviting yet still young as the target demographic of the eatery area is predominantly 18 – 24 year old students. We also have chosen to use a lot of plants and greenery to counteract the bright colours and make the eatery have a tranquil feel.
A while back, Technical Procurement were contracted the refurbishment of the Birmingham Museum eatery area.
We spoke with the client and outline their expectations, requirements and ideas and went on with the design process. With red being the predominant colour, we decided to integrate pops of colour to add life and brightness into the place.

Today we are taking a look back at the past to when we refurbished the amazing Rosie’s Diner in Leeds.
This was one of the biggest refurbishments we had ever undertaken at the time. It may have been tricky at times but the end result of the restaurant refurbishment project was definitely worth it.
This refurbishment project was amazing to do because we transformed a dull unit into a spectacular and traditional american diner which still had unique points about it, such as the full yellow american school bus and the monster truck outside the restaurant.

Recently we refurbished the new London Chinese restaurant – Kojawan. The restaurant, situated on the 23rd floor of the Hilton Metropole in London has a modern and futuristic style to it.
The restaurant boasts a modern grey colour scheme with pops of colour running throughout the large restaurant. The client wanted a modern looking restaurant that would attract new customers, and that is exactly what we did.
Once the refurbishment was completed and the restaurant re-opened to the public, it was received greatly by both the public and the competitive hospitality circuit in London.
In the Sumer of 2012, after refurbishing the successful completion of phase one TechnicalProcurement were then contracted the second development of this project which featured hairdressing salon, conference facilities, florists and bakery with a new conservatory.
